this is so cool! would luv to know how u did the streaks, even if u jst gimme a hint :P and the lighting up top looks really nice!

is very simple : open photoshop put black and go to your filter and in the render section look for fibers select and apply , ok after you need to add motion blur and adjusted in 90 degrees en put to 999%
now you have the base , add new layer and select gradient tool and select your color , and now past your layer in overlay ,

for the light is very very basic select you first layer and go to the render filter and select lighting effect and in the option select five spot down apply and you done after is just some adjustment :)

j'aurai vu un peu plus flashy pour un arc en ciel , mais bon ce n'est qu'un titre , en tout cas j'aime beaucoup les couleurs "bonbon acidulé" que tu as donné à cette création
